Jack should give himself a break. Don't talk to the media. He doesn't own anyone other then his immediate family the apology. It's a stupid move to have a press conference.

Tan Hee Lan, the CEO of Genting Singapore certainly don't know how to be a good guest in this country. I read somewhere that he promised the Philippine President to employ 5,000 Filipinos in this IR. May be we should also do a petition to get this CEO out of Singapore. Can you imagine a CEO who is insensitive to the interests of this country in terms of helping create jobs for local. It seems he take his "host" for granted. What an ingrate!

Why is the focus only on Jack? How about the slut Wendy. After what she did, pursuing a married men, claiming that she love him? really .. love his money more likely, then the gall to confront the wife, bring her whole family to confront JN... hello she is the SLUT in CAPITAL letters. is she expecting JN to leave his family for her.. she got to be kidding... what does she have... she is so shallow... and is probably only good for f..king as she confirms it by telling stories of how many time she is f..king JN?

Typical slut.. the other women.. why are they only coming out now... to also get publicity? most likely..

Forgive JN.. ? why should JN seek forgiveness from anyone? especially not the women around whom you say are not forgiving him. Most important is that his wife has forgiven him. JN also doesn't owe any explanation to anyone. The media should go check the background of the sluts.. instead..of just focussing on JN.. it takes two to clap and oviously the slut enjoys being f..king to the extend of making her self famous? at the expense of JN

Great article with great information. Both men and women cheat but since women have entered the work force, they are cheating more now because of increased opportunity. It's sad that people cheat at all but when they do the reasons can be many and varied. Most people I know have been cheated on at least once or know someone who has. Hopefully in the future man and woman will evolve to a point one day where cheating will be non-existent or dealt with in a different manner.

Cannot agree more with Saito... the man has already admitted to his mistake and the most important thing is that the wife has forgiven him and want to get on with their life, so for goodness sake leave them alone.

Wendy.. more like a slut than what she claims.. loves Jack? who is she kidding? and she is the one who wants to leave Jack? really, then why confront the wife? wtf. and brings along her whole family? my god?
The rest of the womean who NOW suddenly comes out to claim being sexually harassed? Hello, isn't it a little too late? and how true is this? More for the exposure and it shows what type of women they are... anyway it takes two to clap.
So men, becareful you don't run into such sluts, thinking how wonderful the relationship is. Before they catch and hook on to you, yes. After that, this is normally what happens? Wendy the slut.. is a good example. What is she expecting... getting involved with a married man with NO qualms, and then expecting him to leave the the family for a slut like her.. she got to be kidding?

Really good article, it is our national culture to be prudes - as much as the family unit has to be preserved (and 13, sexual opportunity and openness will play a strong part in character development of our young men and women. Even alternative inclinations can be considered because with proper, safe and controlled outlets - consential and legal activities in this direction will free our minds to focus on the real issues beyond the hormones.

No personal malice intended:

I think the amount of media pressure levelled against Jack is disgusting as well as the opportunists such as the 16 year old who appears to be benefitting from the press exposure from Mr Neo's misfortune. Free A&P, don't you think?

He has made a mistake and received unequivocal forgiveness from his wife, why attack him further? This has already strained his personal network and the respect of his loved ones - I don't think it is appropriate for us to crucify him. The gravity of this situation is only made large by Jack's fame and possibly the print media's attempt to sell more copies. And did anyone realise that Wendy Chong's model mayhem page has gotten more hits in one week than it did over her entire career?

There are bigger problems in Singapore and the world right now. How about the lack of nurses or unemployment levels? Seriously, what about IRs that appear to be employing so many S-passes?

And for us to boycott his movies will only damage our Singapore Movie industry - dont forget the poor part timers, production companies, editing companies, aspiring actors, colorists, post-production staff, recordists and more that will get less opportunities as a resort of a juvenile boycott due to some moral highground that everyone seems to be crawling up as a result of this tidal wave of shame.

Dont judge a man's entire career and life on one mistake, please.

It's well known that money makes people autonomous. But what to do if someone doesn't have cash? The only one way is to try to get the loans or just bank loan.

Jack is a hypocrite! I don’t think he will learn from his mistake. From the newspaper which swarms with all flirting and sex scandals, I have totally lost faith in him. He used to be a good husband and father in our eyes, but with the incident and more exposure of what is happening, we have saw the true colour of him finally! Don’t think he deserves any of my respect in future. I will definitely boycott his movie in future.
