20-year-old journalism graduate working from home due to anxiety attack and seeking support

Hi Gilbert,

Hope this email finds you well. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for providing support for unemployed people. It’s reassuring to know that we are not alone in this gloomy world. It’s the little things that count. Thank you, really.

After much consideration, I feel that I could really use some career counselling. Wondering if this could be done via email?

I’m currently working as a freelance writer. I’m 20 years old, recently graduated from a journalism school. I earned my diploma through distance learning. Due to health reasons (I suffer from migraines and anxiety), I work from home.

There are good and bad days, I would say. I’m not working at this moment and truthfully speaking, I’m feeling anxious about it.

I’m open to any suggestion you have in mind. Thank you for taking the time to read this email of mine. I look forward to your response.

Warmest wishes,
Priscilla
