Currently looking for Mailroom Officer to be based in banks  for a one year renewable contract.

Responsibilities:

• Sort Letters
  • Sort & processing of mails & courier items
  • Weigh letters (Standard or Non-Standard)
  • Determine postage
  • Key in postage Rate
  • Issue stationery items

• Messenger/Mail Delivery Run
  • Collect and Deliver letters to different departments within the company building 4-6 times a day

Requirements

• Secondary Education
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in handling office mails and/or office administration
• Good communication skills
• Physically strong to carry mailbags weighing from 10 to 30 kg
• Basic PC Skills (MS Word & Excel)
• Singaporean
• Able to start work immediately
• Positive attitude and service oriented

Additional Information

• Salary: $1,300
• Working Location:Central
• Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
• 1 year contract (renewable) with 7 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave.
