Read your comments on Temasek Review, and would like your assistance in helping me put up my positions on your Transitioning.Org site. Details as follows:   Customer Service Representative  

Responsibilities

  • In-bound Order processing and delivery taking
  • Handle customer enquiries (English/Mandarin clients) 
  • Able to perform shift work on alternate Sundays

Requirements

  • Open to Singapore and Singaporean PRs only
  • Min GCE O Level qualifications
  • Preferably with 1-2 years experience in call center management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer management and customer service skills
  • Candidates MUST BE bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel
