Responsibilities
- In-bound Order processing and delivery taking
- Handle customer enquiries (English/Mandarin clients)
- Able to perform shift work on alternate Sundays
Requirements
- Open to Singapore and Singaporean PRs only
- Min GCE O Level qualifications
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in call center management
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer management and customer service skills
- Candidates MUST BE bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel
