With English being a common link available to all parties that is not the issue. The issue facing Indian expats is that they bring along a culture and belief system where corruption is the way of life. This is vastly different from the Singapore Indian's culture. The so called "global indians" bring their own values and cultures, some of which have harmed their own society a lot. Now, Schools are the most powerful place to form and reform a person when they are still young.
