Hi there Mr Goh!

Yup, you guessed it. I’ve been out of work since February this year. :(

Every job application disappears into a virtual ‘black hole’. I’m 43 and too overqualified for junior work,
with not enough clout to gain direct entry through contacts. Sound familiar? *sigh*

In the meantime, I’m seeking part-time, freelance or contract work, and still no luck. Luckily, I’m not burdened with heavy debt or a wife and kids. But I still have to care for my 82 year old mum and sister who has poor health.

Saw your offer of the book you wrote, and was hoping to read your inspirations. I’d been reading and preparing for this dry spell for years now (reading Anthony Robbins, Rich Dad series, NLP books, books like Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff, emotional freedom technique, etc). Maybe your book is more localised for my specific needs. Hope to take up your kind offer of getting an ebook of your insights. If there is anything editorial I can do for you in return, please let me know :)

Cheers!

Philip (name changed)
