Dear Gilbert,

I will be out of transitioning this Thursday and had being offer a job as a Sales Engineer in Marine Industry!

This Industry is totally new to me as I was in Manufacturing Sector all my life but will give it a try!

I had heart to heart talk with my future Employer during the interview and she told me that she would prefer to employ someone below 35 yrs as physically they are able to take hardship but I told her it is not true!

I was very surprised when I received the new this morning about the offer!

Thanks for your support by making my transition less painful this few months and hope to learn from you to better my English!

From this few months of transitioning, I learn that I was not alone suffering in this chronic unemployment situation in Singapore!

As we group the same kind of people thru support group, we can help each other emotionally! No Jobs is secured and change is the only constant!!

I really hope that the transitioning group will be a success and look forward to your new book!
