I really appreciate and thank you for your Portal which gives some meaning and motivation to us. I really respect & appreciate your doind it.
Just to share my situation. At present, I am working as a part-time in this organiztion. I am doing the jobs of two departments. And, I had been doing a good job for seven months. Then, one of the staff resigned. So, I applied for his position, which I had actually been doing part time all this while, doing two jobs but paid a meagre sum. However, I was not selected for the vacant position. They recruited someone else, someone younger. Maybe I am jumping to this conclusion, but then again, what other reason(s) can there be. I am already working here, and performing two roles, but yet not selected. Well, I just have to bear with it. This is the type of world we are living in now. I just have to accept it and remind myself that at least I have a job, even though they pay me “peanuts” without any other benefits.
